Client's problem

In April 2020, MHD is equipping its sales reps with an app to support their sales and optimize alignment between sales teams and marketing management. MHD also aims to transform impact into appointments, and to digitalize sales reps support materials with a Sales Enablement application.

Solution implemented

Right from the design stage, the Moët Hennessy Diageo team involved sales reps in the conception of their tool to ensure that it was perfectly adapted to the needs of the appointments. Specialized sales paths ensure an efficient response and the right information.

The digitization of their sales plan not only allows instantaneous updating of products and associated EAN codes, but also greatly simplifies the personalization by the salesperson of the sales plan delivered at the point of sale.
