Salesapps is 100% offline, guaranteeing access to all sales reps media in all circumstances. Salespeople create a new customer experience, and are better equipped to adapt their argumentation, enhance their offer and sell more!

Job description

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM ) in our Paris based office (on the most beautiful avenue in the world, no less 😉 ).

Reporting to the Head of CSM:
You will be in charge of the support and training of the application's administrators in order to facilitate their use. You will also be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by providing real added value in terms of the quality of your assistance in using the solution.

Your missions

  • To help our customers succeed in using the application.
  • Coordinate / optimize incoming requests (email, phone, chat).
  • Follow and update the FAQ and our response templates.
  • Assist in the development of documentation/tutorials/processes for our customers.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the product through the user experience of our customers.
  • Accompany customers in the use of the solution.
  • Train client users in the administration of the application.
  • Inform about new features to come.
  • Liaise with internal experts for specific needs.
  • Set up and animate the schedule of exchanges with the customers.
  • To listen to customers' needs and respond to them by proposing relevant functionalities.
  • Feed, report the exchanges in our CRM.

Your profile

  • You have a 5-year degree from a business school.
  • You already have at least 1 year of experience as a CSM.
  • You are organized, versatile and curious.
  • You are proactive and agile in all circumstances.
  • You are a good teacher and master the customer relationship.
  • 1 year experience minimum
  • Bac + 5 : Business school or digital marketing
