The Microsoft connector allows our application to access calendar events from your Microsoft account for the sole purpose of identifying meetings—including Microsoft Teams or Google Meet meetings—that may be relevant to the Salesapps bot.

To this end, the connector operates on a rolling 7-day cycle and uses calendar information such as meeting titles and meeting URLs.

The Salesapps bot does not automatically join meetings. The bot is only activated when the user explicitly chooses to enable it through

This information is retained for a maximum of 7 days on a rolling basis. After this period, no data is retained.
