Client's problem

A European leader in thermal comfort, with solutions for the home, commercial and industrial sectors, Atlantic addresses a wide range of customer types (distributors, installers, engineering firms, property developers, etc.) with very different appointment objectives. Atlantic was therefore looking for a Sales Enablement application that would not only enhance and centralize its sales reps content, but also enable it to easily adapt its sales pitch, and therefore its sales process, to each type of contact.

Solution implemented

The Salesapps application tree structure was co-constructed with the Marketing department and sales reps ambassadors, so as to be as close as possible to the needs of the field. This approach enabled us to create a powerful application that was quickly adopted by the sales force. Multiple KPIs are now available to drive the business (adoption rate, daily usage rate, content consulted, content read by customers & prospects, sales paths followed by customers...). More recently, the application has been connected to Salesforce, directly enriching the CRM with data from appointments and lightening the administrative load for sales reps.
