Client's problem

Bouygues Construction wanted to transform the process of appointments by improving the sales performance and impact of sales materials. The international dimension and the particularities of local sales approaches and of the group's different brands made it difficult to structure a common sales tool. The projects carried out by Bouygues Construction teams are sometimes multi-territory or call on the skills of other entities. They therefore require a good command of the group's experience as a whole.

Solution implemented

The multilingual, multi-country, multi-course management of Salesapps enables the integration of the richness and variety of the sales approaches of Bouygues Construction entities. The country-based approach allows any salesperson to present his or her offer in his or her own territory or to use any support from another entity that is more relevant to the sale.
