On February 26, we brought together around fifty sales reps marketing directors in Paris for a new edition of the Sales Excellence Meetup, co-organized by Salesapps and B-Flower.

In a B2B context where agility and data mastery have become the pillars of growth, this morning session provided an opportunity to compare visions and, above all, to share concrete feedback. Here are the three key points to remember from our discussions.

Keynote 1 Colissimo x Salesapps : Modern Selling and AI Agents: Colissimo's feedback

Laurent Vergès 's (Colissimo) testimony highlighted a major challenge: the deployment of a Modern Selling solution and AI agents for 180 sales reps. A project of this scale, launched in record time between late 2025 and January 2026, often raises questions about deadline management and adoption in the field.

When asked how the teams were able to move forward so smoothly, Laurent highlighted a key point: "We let Salesapps guide us."

Key takeaway: Beyond the technical tool, it is adherence to Sales Enablement best practices that makes the difference. By relying on a proven methodology, Colissimo was able to avoid the classic pitfalls of digitization and focus on the immediate effectiveness of its sales force.

Keynote 2 Fidal x bflower: Transformation: How to instill a commercial culture in business experts?

How can you turn high-level business experts into real drivers of growth? This is the topic addressed by Catherine Le Corre (Fidal) and Christopher Nadotti (B-Flower).

With more than 1,000 employees to mobilize, the challenge for Fidal was to instill a commercial dynamic within an organization of excellence.

  • The approach: Don't just train, but structure the sales process.
  • The result: Aligning sales methods and providing hands-on coaching proves that even in the most technical sectors, sales performance is a skill that can be cultivated methodically.

Keynote 3 Salesapps x bflower: Marvin.ai: From raw data to predictive intelligence

The morning concluded with a demonstration of Marvin.ai. While AI is on everyone's lips, its practical application often remains unclear to sales departments.

Marvin.ai has dispelled these doubts by demonstrating the power of its AI training simulator. The tool does more than just analyze; it allows sales forces to be prepared and trained in an immersive way:

  • Real-life training: A simulator that allows sales reps test their pitches and practice dealing with complex customer scenarios.
  • Granular analysis of interactions: A precise understanding of what really works during exchanges to identify areas for improvement.
  • Skills development management: Identify weak signals to make adjustments in real time and ensure consistency in sales messaging.

The analytical and educational aspects of Marvin.ai clearly appealed to an audience of executives seeking predictability in their sales cycles.

Beyond presentations: Peer sharing

While the presentations laid the groundwork for discussion, the morning session continued well beyond the slides. The cocktail lunch that followed provided an opportunity for participants to continue the discussions.

That's the whole spirit of this Meetup: to create a privileged networking space where sales reps marketing directors can freely discuss their challenges, challenge their methods, and share their experiences with peers. These informal conversations are often a natural extension of commercial excellence: collective intelligence at the service of individual performance.

We would like to thank our speakers and all participants once again for the richness of these discussions.
