V) WHO DRIVES YOUR SALES ENABLEMENT STRATEGY?

The decision to integrate a Sales Enablement project involves the sales and marketing departments, and even the general management, depending on the size of the company. V) WHO DRIVES YOUR SALES ENABLEMENT STRATEGY?

The decision to integrate a Sales Enablement project involves the sales and marketing departments, and even the general management, depending on the size of the company.
